We accept no responsibility and assume no liability for your conduct and reserve the right to disclose any information required to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

We may terminate or suspend use of the Service it at any time if you breach these Terms.

Any external sites you visit via the Service will have separate terms and conditions and privacy policies which you must read, understand and agree to accept before using any services provided by them.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate as an exclusion or limitation in respect of liability arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud or pre-contractual fraudulent misrepresentation.

Except for our total aggregate liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty, misrepresentation, restitution) or otherwise arising in connection with the Services and/or these Terms shall be limited to the sum of the GBP £1 (one pound sterling).


These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be unaffected. No forbearance or delay on the part of Skills2Use in enforcing its rights shall prejudice or restrict its rights and no waiver of any rights or of any breach of any contractual terms shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other right or of any later breach.
